A planner or manager handles the procurement and organization of the vendors, timelines, pre to post wedding event details, and keeping things flowing smoothly on event day - it’s all about the logistics, lists, and spreadsheets. Event production & styling is all about aesthetics - all the pretty! Production & styling sets the mood and vibe - it’s about a “feeling”. We can work with you or for you, to choose a color palette, textures, fabrics, bloom & foliage types, and more. Whether we are taking a standard ballroom and turning it into a lavish winter wonderland or reimagining distinctive aspects of your family’s estate to transform it into a European secret garden, or even using your favorite book as inspiration - we will dig deep to find unique details and creative ways to showcase your style that will be unlike any other event you’ve ever attended.

When working with us as your event producer & stylist, we will already have intimate knowledge of your personality, vision, and the mood you want to evoke at your event. Our ultimate goal is to work with you as both your event producer & stylist as well as your floral designer - although, if you have already entrusted another event professional to produce and/or style your event, we would be so happy to compliment their work with our floral designs as well.
The options in production & styling that are available to you are endless and it is our job to learn about your personal story so that we can narrow them down and create an epic experience for you and your guests like no other.
We love to start at the very beginning by working with you as you seek out a venue that is perfectly suited for your event, or we can begin right after you have chosen your ideal space. We can work with the aesthetic of your venue to enhance it and bring it to it’s fullest potential, or we can create a whole new environment from the ground up so that no one would guess that it started off as what it was.
Whether a ballroom or a barn, we can simply embellish what you already love, or completely recreate the space to suit your needs.
Our detailed questionnaires help us to get to know your thoughts on what colors, lighting style, and textures make you feel cozy. What style of flatware or glassware feels best against your skin, or what fonts evoke your favorite restaurant. Would you rather talk through options over a glass of wine, craft cocktail, or maybe a great latte? Perfect - we love all of those and will have the best time chatting about your event at your favorite gathering place.
We will create custom references for you to use throughout the planning process to be sure that all aspects of your event remain consistent.
Varying options are available based on whether or not we are working together as your event producer & stylist, or as your floral designer alone. A Cactus & Palm production & styling client can expect to invest a minimum of $5,000 -$7,000+ on styling service. Production will begin at a minimum of $10,000 - $15,000+.
